Richard Curiale is the Managing Partner of Curiale Wilson LLP. He is resident in the firm's San Francisco, California office. In addition to spending a significant amount of time litigating employment disputes, Mr. Curiale also focuses a major part of his practice on supervisory training, preventive labor relations, union organizing, collective bargaining and arbitration. He regularly presents public and in-house seminars designed to teach managers and supervisors how to avoid costly litigation, particularly in the areas of wrongful discharge, discrimination and sexual harassment. He has made numerous presentations to Fortune 500 companies throughout the country, as well as to the California court system. Mr. Curiale regularly represents employers who have been charged with wrongful termination, discrimination or sexual harassment. He also advises employers on how to respond to union organizing, represents companies before the National Labor Relations Board, at the bargaining table and also advises companies on NLRB organizing and decertification procedures.
