Christopher J. Keller is an attorney at Curiale Wilson LLP. Chris’s practice is focused on employment defense litigation, including discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, breach of contract, wage and hour disputes, and other employment tort cases and commercial litigation, including misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair business practices and various business torts. He has represented clients before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and in arbitration and mediation. He is licensed before all state and federal courts in the State of California, and is licensed to practice law in New York, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada and the District of Columbia. He received a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1995, served as Article Editor for the Journal of Law and Inequality and received the Steven M. Block Prize for scholarship. He received an LLM in corporate law from New York University Law School in 2001. He received an M.A.R. from Yale University in 1989 and received the Rowan Baton Prize for scholarship. He received a B.A. from St. Olaf College, with majors in philosophy and religion in 1986.
